1. Orders can only be canceled/refunded if the item is not not shipped out.

  2. Vendor is strictly not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds/ cancellation can be made as vendor has no control over the delivery times and period of courier service.

  3. Strictly no returns are possible. Unless if you received incorrect or missing items  during delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund after 2 days of receiving your item. If 2 days have gone by since you first receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fee to return the item will be borne by vendor.

  4. Photo evidence is required for any claim of exchange and refund.
  5. Any damages to the item:
    • All damages must be flagged to us immediately, a claim for refund will not be accepted after 2 days upon successful delivery. 
    • If an item is damaged during shipping, vendor will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available, vendor shall make a full refund.
    • Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods. Once the returned goods fulfill our return policy, the full refund will be initiated.
    • All refund will be processed via original payment method.
